End of the World-Personal Perspective.

Hello world....
Today my post will be about END OF THE WORLD. Dont be fret when you first heard this topic.Well everyday we are getting through this life with an uncertainty state of feeling. We are not sure whether or not the next moment we are breathing the same oxygen and drinking the substance called water, H2O. Anyhow God has given us this life to fully utilize it for the sake of humanity.

If you ask me, i'll say i believe in the existence of God. Can i prove it? Why not? Take for instance you are breathing this air and can you see it? The only thing you can do is possibly by feeling it through breathing and exhaling. Thus, people are coming up with news or rumors perhaps 21st december might be the last day we human kind  living in this earth. What i can say is....we are not the creator but possibly we are the destroyer.  Why am i saying so? Look at your surrounding--look at what you had done to it? Did you ever planted a tree?
May be the earthiness just doesnt lie on simply planting a tree but taking care of it...

We humans all this while destroyed our own planet before our own eyes. But we never regret, saying that the world will end in one day. Yes it will end if we keep on doing the same job of destroying that we suppose not to do.It is all depend on us solely. Earth is an Eden given to us by Him, and it is our responsibility altogether to signify its glory for many gazillion years to go. Just remember our action resembles the result-let the result not to be the destructive portion but enhance the quality of our life in this Earth.

World not gonna end, if our actions are in favor to Him.

UNIVERSITY

Social network is a place where personal interest is being adhered. But certain people are using this opportunity to be extreme in expressing their ideas. However not always all the ideas are accepted by people ,thus one should be very careful when writing prolific ideas.By the way this is not our topic of discussion.

As i promised i'm gonna write on university students today.Malaysian universities system where one have to apply through online by buying pin numbers through bank has been practiced in this few years. This has been so called had reduced the hustles and bustles in applying for a seat at university.

But one thing that always bothers me is that, our system eventhough had shown a quite number of progress all this while but failed to emphasize on students eligibility. I have been one of the victim to this Malaysian University Syndrome whereby students are taken through quota system and at the same time by using their Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia certificates. Implementation of this system has been disabled the real talents of  striving hard students just to get a seat in public universities. My suggestion is that we should have a special Entrance Examination which is similarly practiced in India to select eligible students. At the same time the number of private universities has been increased over the years. Many private institutions which are not recognized by MQA(Malaysian Qualification Agency) are baiting those unfortunate students into their trap. Thus students have to be very careful in choosing the selected IPTA/IPTS to continue their higher education.

All in all, our education system has been improved drastically by a decade. We are implementing american educational style to cater the students with good and qualified education which would supply for their life.
Freshly out students have to be very careful in choosing their institutions in future. Do a proper research. Look out for the loan and scholarship which has been allocated for the institution of your choice. Dont make any decision without prior research. Because your action is the one which is going to decide your life. Be sure of your choice. Always ask for your seniors advice and how do they make it out. By then enjoy your life in a good way. Be happy.

What makes Malaysians...Malaysians.....

Today i wanna write about us- We Malaysians....
it has been more than 5 decades we are bestowed with independence where we are living our life happily under the federal constitution law where constitutional monarchy and parliamentary democracy has been practiced.Under one gargantuan roof we all have been brothers and sisters and will be. Malaysia is well known for its multicultural society and the festivals where we all celebrate as one.

However, certain things are not doing good. We Malaysians are famous for our own Malaysian football team called Harimau Malaya.  When Malaysia won in its first ever match on history we call ourselves as champion. We even feel better than the real players. We chant their names and print shirts under Harimau Malaya and many more. But when the same team that we ever proud of loses of its match, we blame the players and the coach and even the endorsed companies. Did we ever realise that we forget to blame ourselves??Happiness brought at the first place like we are in the team totally gone after the team lose the match is rather cynical. Is that symbolizes we Malaysians are actually being selfish? What should we have done?? Motivates the team to gain the confidence  to win more matches. Being famous and getting gratitude from that is not enough. Rather being materialistic why not we look into this situation more personally instead of blaming the team.

I read a news paper article which quoted that certain racial issues has been provoked due to the team's failure. I can say nothing...Because we not only lose the match but we lose our Malaysian's value that totally distinguishes us from other countries. Patience, humbleness, brotherhood, familiarity, unity, multi-lingual-friendship----This is Malaysian values or simply Malaysian-ity.

But now, this moment there is a car driver spitting on the road and cursing the driver in front, there is house in our residency has been broken by smugglers while we are enjoying the scene, massive accidents in Karak highways because of speeding, a Hindu temple was destructed and a child has been kidnapped----and we call ourselves as Malaysians?Do a real Malaysian will do this?

Sometimes it is very hard to accept certain truths but the reality never fades its shadows. If there is no doctor  discover about a fungus we might not be getting penicillin today...Thus it is all depend on us to restore our Malaysian-ity and maintains prosper unity to make Malaysia as it is , as it is has been lived by our ancestors, our leaders and to be lived by our children and their children and generations to go.

If we do so, time do not have to wait till the year 2020 because, once Malaysian change their mindset the next multimilli second will be 2020.....

Tiger = Pi = 3.142

The life of PI-
So a good friend of mine aka sayang Mr.Shukri had invited me to watch movie together with him and fellow friends. So i told him that great at least we can escape from certain stress which we had been undergone for few while throughout this sem, where  i had my great competitors in my class and striving to get a scholarship and shukri with his own MARA loan problems (a great time sucker). Well tinge of problems should not withhold your freedom and enjoyment right? Especially just right after some hard on periods.
Thus, me, my sayang, and my pink pink (Tan), Khidir (the pedophile) and Danial(the silent ranger) embarks on our  journey to Alamanda. Actually this is my first time entering the place and definitely not gonna shop at there as the items were costing nose and hands. Phewww...

Well we had our dinner before indulging into Pi = 3.142 hahah, however shukri and danial seems to be a great epicureans as they already had their dinner...Hmmm cream puff boy (cremolicious). As they always said empty stomach...errrr whatever just dont care... A hungry stomach has no ears...

So we ate at banana leaf food court- a total loser and khidir took his dinner at kelantan cafe meanwhile Shukri bought some twisties to munch during the movie time.It is movie party in d house babe....then we enter the cinema rostrum without further ado. It was my first time 3D movie experience and not going to efface from my memory.

Well back to the story , The life of Pi- when i first looked at the poster i thought it should be about a tiger as a protagonist. Perhaps circus is coming to the cinema? I was totally wrong.. The story gives importance to all the characters and shows each characters benevolent acts. It portrays compassion through the character of a Mother as well as Pi himself who shows his compassion to a tiger (Richard /thirsty).
Pi as a boy, as a teenage and as an adult gives us an intro towards three specifically ordinary era of a man but how he seeks truth and at the same time make himself become a true man extraordinarily . How his experiences and questions that he asked to himself took an avatar which completely turn his life for better?

This is a movie where we learn about socialism, anti socialism, spectrum of a wild creatures' life, atheism, the supreme power of God and the rebellion and of course love .

Mind boggling but the choice remained to us. The inner meaning of how we look into our life, where we are given two choices and how we give them our personal meanings and switch a life to it. Mostly it is about unity in religion and how a boy struggles through all his life stranded and after he enters adolescence he starts to fall in love but was it last long? He then shows the value of family bonding. His faith to God and personal values and ethics ; would it help him to overcome difficult situations like when the tiger was drowning he helped it but at first he thought of killing it? He shows the disappointments in relationship, where the tiger left him alone after all the survival. This could direct us to normal human behavior- where most of us acquainted that many time in our life.  He told us that he never had a chance to say "thank you"- symbolically telling us delaying to convey certain important messages to crucial persons in our life could over turn our life, where will never have the chance anymore...it is too late to be late.....

He tells us two stories, one in which he survives with Mr, Richard the tiger where the another one he compares the wild life into people. What we can see here was rather epic and terminological. He compares the characters of animals into human, as we are showing such values in crucial times. To know a man well, be with him in hard times. And the moment he told us that he was landed in an carnivorous island it epitomizes the current world which slowly dissolving and eradicating good values from us and make us be an animal rather showing human values.Meerkats symbolizes our ignorance and being in a society where everyone were consumed by the act of ignorance. The two Japanese guys were also an indication of human nature where we are refused to take the truth and in the name of logic we tend to manipulate the truth so that it could be trusted  by our sense of logic. It shows how the truth is conveyed to us or more specifically how it has been delivered in the way we want it to be reformed.

He tells the world how a person can become a hero through trials and at the same time he is given a choice of  being a third person or a host that lives relies on people (where he made up the story of his mother been killed in sake of him). Multi characters of man taken into the story in the form of varieties of wild life.

Therefore i think it is the time for us to think who we are in this actual world and what is our role? The supreme power of God- should it be denied? The unity in religion - where we always had overlooked. Why there should be a wall blocking us rather a bridge to connect us?The current world and our standing?

Finally who are we now??? The Zebra? The Tiger? The Orang Utan? The Hyena? or Pi himself??

ASK YOURSELF???

Masculinity Vs Baratham

When it comes to learning classical dance in Indian society, it has always been given priority to girls or women. The stigma thrown to this performing art restricted males from performing the art and at the same time less public view is given to the male dancers. A few had succeed and breakthrough the humiliation but many are trapped by the Orthodox.

When i first told my parents that i would like to learn our cultural dance, barathanatyam, their reaction towards me rather disappointing and disgusted. I explained to them that it is a form of dance and it is our responsibility to restore its glory. But again their response was conventional.

Their fear was male who dance would slowly will lose their masculinity, which is totally wrong. I suppose the dance itself originated from Lord Shiva himself. Do we categorize Him as feminine lord?? The dance itself is an art, and the dancers are the tool to convey the art to the audience, So such trauma in getting our boys into dancing should be eradicated. The more we fear the more we lose the identity of Bharathanatyam.

Still there are pinpoints referring certain males who actually became transgenders. Yes they are, but it is a personal choice. We can't stop somebody from living their life. Getting tattoo or piercings into your body not gonna stop you from living an ordinary life? We are still humans and a good creation of God. So why there are hatred and misunderstandings among us? What is meant by masculinity- Murdering?Raping? Exploiting? No! I would rather say those who dare to change their gender more masculine compared to those drug addicts or smugglers.

Dancers are those who portrays the inner meanings of the dance. The dance itself is a story telling. The lhaya, bhava should be well coordinated when one dance, the footwork should be synchronized with hand movements. All this is done within a form of dance- that is barathanatyam. My hope, everyone should be treated equally and there shouldnt be any discrimination of gender in performing such dance. Again dance is an art, the dancers are the medium of message.

Let your smile change the world, not the world change your smile.
